FENIXCASA
About Us
FenixCasa was founded in 2022 as basic property management services across the Algarve. Through property management, renovation and craft became increasingly woven into everything the company did — restoring villas, solving problems when arisen, and learning the full spectrum of what a property really needs. Over time, what started on the side became the company's calling. From intimate off-grid retreats to luxury homes in Cascais and Sintra, FenixCasa has worked across the full range of what Portugal's landscape and architecture has to offer.
What sets FenixCasa apart is our creative edge. We don't just renovate — we reimagine. Our focus is on quality, ingenuity, and seeing the complete picture of every project, from structural bones to the finishing details that make a space feel alive. Our skill set spans bespoke carpentry, custom outdoor structures, mural painting, mosaic work, and much more. Whatever an outdoor space needs — practical or artistic, functional or beautiful — we bring it to life with care and craftsmanship.
